At your new place, we unload, unwrap, and place everything where you want it. Then we’re out. You don’t pay until the job’s done, and you don’t get surprised by fees we didn’t mention.

If you’re in a bind because your closing date changed, your lease ends sooner than expected, or you just need to get out fast, call us. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in. If we can’t, we’ll let you know right away instead of stringing you along.
Same-day moves require the same prep as scheduled moves. You still need to have everything ready to go, and you still need to give us accurate information about what you’re moving. The tighter the timeline, the more important it is that nothing gets missed during the initial conversation.
Yes. Pianos, pool tables, safes, and other heavy or awkward items are part of what we do. But they require different equipment and techniques than standard furniture, which is why you need to mention them when you call.
A piano isn’t just heavy—it’s delicate and expensive. Moving one requires padding, straps, a dolly designed for the weight distribution, and people who know how to navigate stairs and doorways without damaging the instrument or your walls. Same goes for pool tables, which need to be disassembled, moved in pieces, and reassembled correctly.
If you’ve got specialty items, tell us during the quote process. It affects pricing, timing, and what equipment we bring. Surprising us with a 900-pound safe on moving day doesn’t help anyone. When we know what we’re dealing with upfront, we can plan accordingly and get it done right.
We cover Suffolk County, Nassau County, and Queens County. That includes most of Long Island and the surrounding areas where people are moving to or from Miller Place.
If you’re moving within Miller Place—say, from one neighborhood to another—we handle that. If you’re moving during peak season—late spring through early fall, or at the end of the month when most leases turn over—book as early as you can. Those are the times when every moving company in Suffolk County is slammed, and availability gets tight.
If you’re moving during the off-season or mid-month, you’ve got more flexibility. We’ve handled moves with just a day or two of notice when the timing worked out. It’s always worth calling to ask, even if you think it’s too last-minute. The worst we can say is that we’re fully booked, and then at least you know.
We offer packing services if you want them. Some people prefer to pack their own belongings because they want control over how things are organized. Others would rather pay someone else to handle it so they can focus on everything else that comes with moving.
If you hire us to pack, we bring the materials—boxes, tape, bubble wrap, packing paper—and we handle the entire process. We pack room by room, label everything clearly, and make sure fragile items are protected. On the other end, we unpack if that’s part of the service you booked.
If you’re packing yourself, do it right. Use sturdy boxes, don’t overpack them to the point where they’re too heavy to lift safely, and label everything. The better organized your belongings are when we arrive, the faster and smoother the move goes. If we show up and nothing’s packed, that’s going to add time and cost to the job.
