Clear pathways from rooms to the truck. Move cars out of the driveway. If you’re in an apartment building, reserve the elevator and let the building manager know movers are coming.
Pack a separate bag with essentials you’ll need immediately—medications, phone chargers, important documents, a change of clothes. Don’t pack that in the truck.
If you have items you don’t want moved, put them in a separate area and let us know. Otherwise, if it’s in the space we’re moving, we’ll assume it’s going on the truck.
