At the pickup location in Centereach, you’ll need to be there to walk through the inventory, point out anything that needs special handling, and sign off on the load. That usually takes a few hours depending on the size of your home.
At the destination, you need to be there when we arrive so we know where to place furniture and boxes. You’ll also do a final walkthrough to make sure nothing’s damaged before we leave. If you can’t be there in person, you can designate someone else to handle it, but we need a contact who can make decisions and sign paperwork.
