You’re not paying for a logo on a truck. You’re paying to not spend your weekend lifting furniture, to not throw your back out loading boxes, and to not deal with that one friend who said they’d help but bailed last minute.
When we handle your move, you get movers who’ve done this thousands of times. That means your couch doesn’t get stuck in the doorway. Your mattress doesn’t drag across the driveway. Your grandmother’s dresser doesn’t end up with a gouge because someone didn’t know how to navigate stairs.
You also get your time back. The average person spends 20-30 hours packing and moving. That’s nearly a full work week you could spend doing literally anything else.
We’ve been moving families and businesses across Springs, Suffolk County, and Nassau County for over 15 years. We know which buildings have freight elevators that actually work, which streets you can’t park a truck on, and how to move a piano without destroying your floors. That kind of knowledge doesn’t come from a weekend side hustle.
We’re not a franchise. We’re a family-owned moving company that’s been serving Springs and Long Island since 2009. Scott, our manager, runs the operation the way you’d want someone to handle your stuff—with care and without excuses.
We’re licensed, insured, and bonded because that’s the baseline for doing this work right. But what keeps people calling us back is that we show up when we say we will, we don’t tack on surprise fees, and we don’t treat your belongings like cargo.
Springs has changed a lot over the years. Property taxes keep climbing past $11,000 annually for many homeowners, and housing costs jumped 8.5% in 2024 alone. That’s pushed over 21,000 Long Islanders to relocate recently. We’ve helped hundreds of those families move, whether they’re downsizing, relocating for work, or finally getting out from under the cost of living here.
First, you call or fill out a form. We ask about what you’re moving, where you’re going, and when you need it done. Then we give you a flat, upfront quote—no hidden fees, no “we’ll figure it out on moving day” nonsense.
If you need packing help, we bring the boxes, tape, and padding. If you’ve already packed, we load and go. Either way, we show up on time with the right equipment. That includes dollies, straps, blankets, and whatever else the job requires.
On moving day, we protect your floors and doorways, wrap your furniture, and load the truck in a way that keeps everything secure. We’ve moved everything from studio apartments to 10,000-square-foot homes, so we know how to pack a truck efficiently without playing Tetris with your dining room table.
Once we’re at your new place, we unload, put furniture where you want it, and make sure nothing’s damaged or missing. If something needs to go upstairs or into a specific room, we handle it. You’re not stuck rearranging a couch by yourself after we leave.
We also offer same-day emergency moving services. If another company cancels on you or you need to move on short notice, we can usually make it happen.

A full-service moving company means we handle the entire process if you want us to. That includes packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and even junk removal if you’re getting rid of stuff you don’t want to bring.
We move residential and commercial clients. That means apartments, houses, offices, and warehouses across Springs, Suffolk County, Nassau County, and Queens County. We also handle specialty items like pianos, safes, pool tables, fine art, and hot tubs—things that require more than just muscle.
Packing services are available if you don’t have the time or materials to do it yourself. We bring boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper. Everything gets labeled so you’re not opening 30 boxes looking for your coffee maker.
For junk removal, we’ll haul away furniture, appliances, or debris you don’t need anymore. If you’re downsizing or clearing out a property, that’s one less thing you have to coordinate with another company. We beat most competitor prices on junk removal, and it’s easier to have one crew handle both jobs.
Long Island’s moving market is competitive, but most companies either specialize in small moves or big ones—not both. We do both. We’ve moved single items and entire estates. The process is the same: show up, do the work right, and don’t waste your time.
Local moves in Springs typically cost between $800 and $2,200 depending on the size of your home and how much you’re moving. A one-bedroom apartment is on the lower end. A three-bedroom house is closer to the higher end.
We charge by the hour for local moves, and rates run between $60 and $150 per mover depending on the crew size and complexity. That’s competitive for Long Island, where some NYC-based companies charge $85 to $110 per mover per hour just to cross the bridge.
Long-distance moves are priced differently—usually a flat rate based on distance and weight. The national average for long-distance moves is around $4,400, but we give you an upfront quote so there’s no guessing.
We don’t charge extra for stairs, heavy items, or weekend moves. The quote we give you is what you pay unless you add services or change the scope of the job.
Yes. We specialize in emergency same-day moving services when other companies cancel or you need to move on short notice.
It happens more than you’d think. Someone books a mover weeks in advance, and the company no-shows or cancels the morning of. Or a lease falls through, a closing date changes, or a family emergency forces a last-minute move.
If we have availability, we’ll get a crew out the same day. We can’t always guarantee it during peak season (May through August), but we do everything we can to accommodate.
Same-day moves cost the same as scheduled moves. We don’t upcharge for urgency. If you need help fast and we can make it work, we will.
Yes. We’re fully licensed, insured, and bonded to operate as a moving company in Suffolk County, Nassau County, and Queens County.
That means if something gets damaged during the move, you’re covered. It also means we’re operating legally, which not every moving company on Long Island can say. Some are just guys with a truck who don’t carry insurance or proper licensing.
Our insurance covers your belongings during transport and protects you if there’s property damage during the move. We also carry workers’ compensation so you’re not liable if someone gets hurt on your property.
You can verify our credentials before you book. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance and licensing if you ask. If a moving company won’t show you that information, don’t hire them.
Yes. We move pianos, safes, pool tables, hot tubs, fine art, and industrial machinery regularly.
These items require different equipment and techniques than standard furniture. Pianos need to be wrapped, strapped, and moved with a piano board or dolly to avoid damage to the instrument and your floors. Safes are extremely heavy and need to be balanced correctly to avoid injury or property damage.
We’ve moved grand pianos up staircases, gun safes into basements, and pool tables across Long Island without issue. It’s not something you want to attempt yourself or trust to a crew that doesn’t have experience.
If you have a specialty item, mention it when you call for a quote. We’ll ask about dimensions, weight, and access points so we can bring the right equipment and crew size. Pricing depends on the item, but we’ll give you an upfront cost before we start.
We serve all of Suffolk County, Nassau County, and Queens County. That includes East Hampton, Southampton, Riverhead, Brookhaven, Islip, Babylon, Huntington, Oyster Bay, Hempstead, North Hempstead, Glen Cove, Long Beach, and the surrounding areas.
We also handle long-distance moves out of state. If you’re relocating to New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or farther, we can coordinate that.
Long Island is our home base, so we know the area well. We know which neighborhoods have narrow streets, which buildings require certificates of insurance before you can move in, and which towns have parking restrictions that affect moving trucks.
If you’re moving within Long Island or leaving the area entirely, we can handle it. Just let us know where you’re going and we’ll tell you if we can service that route.
We provide all packing materials if you want full packing services. That includes boxes, tape, bubble wrap, packing paper, and furniture blankets.
If you prefer to pack yourself, you can buy your own materials or ask us to drop off supplies before moving day. We sell boxes and packing materials at cost—we’re not trying to make money on cardboard.
Most people underestimate how many boxes they need. A three-bedroom house typically requires 50 to 80 boxes depending on how much stuff you have. You’ll also need specialty boxes for dishes, wardrobes, and fragile items.
If you’re packing yourself, start early. Most people think they can pack in a weekend and end up scrambling the night before the move. Give yourself at least two weeks for a full house.
We also offer partial packing services. If you want to pack your clothes and books but need help with the kitchen and fragile items, we can do that. It’s cheaper than full packing but still saves you time on the hard stuff.
